It is crucial to understand that Nyentu.com is a classified advertisement and connection platform. We facilitate introductions between individuals/businesses seeking truck hire services (“Customers”) and truck owners/drivers (“Service Providers”). We are not a transportation service provider, a party to any service contract, or a payment processor for transactions between users.
Therefore, this policy primarily governs potential refunds related to Nyentu.com platform services (e.g., promoted listings or premium features, should we offer them in the future). It does not govern financial disputes arising from the actual moving service performed between a Customer and a Service Provider.
Refunds
2. Refunds for Nyentu.com Platform Services
Currently, basic use of Nyentu.com (posting ads, browsing, contacting users) is free. We do not charge fees for these core connection services.

Future Paid Features: If we introduce optional paid features (e.g., “Featured Listings,” subscription plans), their specific refund terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Generally, digital services or promoted listings that have been activated are non-refundable, unless required by law or in the event of a clear error on our part.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged by Nyentu.com for a platform service, you must contact our support team at billing@nyentu.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a full refund.

ALL FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR MOVING SERVICES ARE HANDLED DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

No Liability for Service Disputes: Nyentu.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any disputes regarding payments, deposits, service quality, damaged goods, incomplete work, or cancellations related to the actual moving job.

No Mediation or Guarantee:Â We do not hold funds, guarantee services, offer insurance, or provide refunds for transactions between users. Any request for a refund related to a service must be directed to the Service Provider you contracted with.

Legal Recourse: For significant unresolved disputes, you may need to seek resolution through local consumer protection agencies or the legal system in Ghana. Nyentu.com cannot participate in or compel settlements.

6. Account & Listing Refunds

Account Deactivation: Deactivation of your user account by you or by us for violation of our Terms of Service does not entitle you to any refund for any past or active paid features.

Removed Listings: If we remove your listing for violating our Posting Policy, you are not entitled to any refund for any promotion that listing may have received.
